Located alongside the River Wharfe, this spacious family home was designed to combat potential flooding. The living spaces are situated on the upper ground and first floors to avoid rising waters.
The lower ground floor has a flood management system and high cill levels on the windows to keep floodwaters at bay.
CRL were commissioned for planning and building regulation drawings and was available to address queries when the client took on the building management themselves.
