CRL won planning for the conversion of stables buildings into a family home. Planning insisted that the two buildings were not joined (to maintain the openness of the green belt) and the design placed visitor accommodation in the smaller annex along with home office facilities.
Since the initial conversion, we went back to planning and won at appeal the ability to join the main house with the annex, allowing for the internal flow the clients original desired. Below are the mock ups that helped sell the scheme.
