CRL Architects were commissioned for a conversion of an 18th century chapel, adjacent to Grade I listed building St Mary's Bishophill, York. The church hall had been out of use for a number of years, and with restricted parking due to it's location in central York, it was deemed not fit for purpose anymore.
The proposal was for a single residential dwelling, with alterations to none original additions to the rear of the property.
